William Aubrey Edwards

Memorial service for William Aubrey Edwards will be 1 PM Friday, December 15, 2006 in Bay Springs Baptist Church with Rev. Edward Basco officiating with full military honors. Mr. Edwards, 63, of Chopin, La., died Monday, December 11, 2006, in his residence at Chopin, La. He was a native of Chopin, La. He was a retired Chief Petty Officer in U S Navy having served three tours of duty during Viet Nam Era. He was a member of Bay Springs Baptist Church. He is preceded in death by his parents, Aubrey Edwards and Helen Johnson Kerry. He is survived by his wife Wanda Clark Edwards of Geneva, Al.; one daughter, Darlene Jones and husband Shannon of Watson, La.; four sons, William T. Edwards of Chopin, La., Jeremiah Edwards and wife Rachel of Gulfport, Ms.,Damion Moses Edwards and wife Domonique of Corpus Christi, Tx., and David Edwards and wife Cassie of Alexandria, La.; ten grandchildren.
