Richard David Foster

Richard David Foster, age 63, of Campti, La., died Friday, December 15, 2006, at Town and Country Nursing and Rehab in Minden, La. Mr. Foster was retired from Standard Dredging after 15 years of service. He served in the Navy for four years and was a veteran of the Vietnam War. He was preceded in death by his parents, John Foster and Willie (Harris) Foster, and two brothers, Raymond Foster and Wayne Foster. He is survived by his sister, Shirley Foster Heath, and four brothers, John D. Foster and wife Neoma of Campti, La., Billy Gene Foster, Jesse James Foster, and Jack O’Neil Foster. Arrangements are being handled by Blanchard St. Denis Funeral Home in Natchitoches, La.. Funeral service will be at Bethany Cemetery at 10:00 AM Monday, December 18, 2006 , with Father Wade Decoste officiating. Interment will be at Bethany Cemetery in Fairview Alpha, La.
