O. F. Lemoine

O. F. (Favoria) Lemoine was born April 10, 1925 in Natchitoches Parish. He was 81 when he passed away on January 20, 2007 at St. Francis Hospital in Monroe, Louisiana. He was a resident at the Northeast Veteran’s War Memorial Home in Monroe for 6 months. The wake will be held Monday, January 22 at Blanchard-St. Denis Funeral Home in Natchitoches from 5:00 - 8:00. Grave side services will be held Tuesday, January 23 at 10:00 at St. Peter’s Chapel at Clear Lake (near Goldonna, LA) with Deacon Joe Peltier officiating. He is survived by one brother, John Ivory Lemoine of Baton Rouge, Louisiana; four sisters, Lois Waters of Minerals Wells, Texas, Ivy Jean Dawson of Portland, Texas, Alice Margaret Lemoine of Goldonna, Louisiana, and Yvonne Deen of Montgomery, Louisiana; numerous nieces and nephews; and great nieces and nephews. A special thanks to Mrs. Edith Lasoyne of Montgomery, Louisiana, his care giver for the last 5 years. The pallbearers are Loyd Trichel, Donel Trichel, Terry Sartin, Johnny Graves, Cecil Ballard, and Bobby Deen. Honorary pallbearers are Jimmy Marcelli and Clayton Hathaway.
