Cora 'Estelle' Foshee Craig

Funeral service for Cora 'Estelle' Foshee Craig will be held 11 AM Friday, February 16, 2007 in Blanchard St. Denis Chapel with Mr. Kenny Craig and Rev. Brian Ray officiating. Burial will be in Hickory Grove Cemetery at Vowells Mill, La. Visitation will be Thursday, February 15, 2007 from 5 PM until 9 PM and Friday, February 16, 2007 from 8 AM until service time in the funeral home. Mrs. Craig, 93, of Vowells Mill, La., died Monday, February 12, 2007, at Natchitoches Regional Medical Center Long Term Care Unit in Natchitoches, La. She was a native and lifelong resident of Vowells Mill, La. She was a homemaker and a member of Oak Grove Primitive Baptist at Goldonna, La. Estelle, blessed the lives of those who knew her by her loving and gracious spirit. Her legacy is that she always put the needs of others first. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 55 years, Eston Craig; parents, Albert Joseph Foshee and Necie Louise Holland Foshee; sisters, Abbie Miller and Ethel Montgomery. She is survived by two daughters, Roma Guywske and husband Johnny of Spring, Tx. and Sandra Doolittle and husband Sherman of Robeline, La.; three sons, Harmon Craig and wife Sandy of Many, La., Kenneth Craig and wife Mary of Bridge City, Tx., and Ronald Craig and wife Maggie of New Iberia, La.; nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren Pallbearers will be Sherman Doolittle, Matthew Doolittle, Mark Doolittle, Donald Sharp, Michael Montgomery, and Wade Miller Honorary pallbearer will be Hodge Buller, Johnny Guywske, Clayton Honeycutt and Wayne Miller.
