Aline Martin

A Mass of Christian burial for Mrs. Aline P. Martin will be held on Saturday, August 14, 2021 at St. Ann’s Catholic Church in Robeline, LA at 1:00 PM. Burial will follow at St. Ann’s Cemetery. Father Tommy Paul will officiate the mass. The family will receive friends on Friday, August 13, 2021 from 5 PM until 8 PM at Blanchard-St. Denis Funeral Home. Aline Martin was born on January 27, 1941 in Kinghill, LA to Albert Procell and Vera Irvin Procell. She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Joseph T. Martin; two sisters, Florence Moore and Virginia Martin; two brothers, Joe Irvin and Raymond Irvin. Aline is survived by her three children, Chris Brevelle and Tammy of Coushatta, LA, Jack Brevelle III and Linda of Texas, and Wendy Andes and Brad of Gorum, LA. she is also survived by 5 step-children, 17 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, with two more on the way; one sister, Joyce Speir of Arkansas; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Aline enjoyed sitting outside on her back porch listening to music. She loved to sing and dance her little legs off to Percy Sledge. She loved cooking, gardening, and loved her animals. She loved and lived for her kids and grandkids. Aline was dearly and surely will be loved and missed by her family and friends. Those honored to serve as pallbearers will be Chris Brevelle, Jr., Cody Brevelle, Bailey Andes, Zachary Morgan, Joseph Lewis, and Dakotah Smith. Honorary pallbearer will be Bryce Martin.
