Ami Nichole Knotts-Sparks

A service to honor the life of Ami Nichole Knotts-Sparks will be held at 2 pm on Friday, August 12, 2022 at Blanchard-St. Denis Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Memory Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12 noon until service time on Friday the 12th at Blanchard-St. Denis. Those honored to serve as pallbearers will be Kevin Kolodzie, Justin Gilcrease, Cade Gilcrease, Seth Gilcrease, Ronnie Poche, and Johnny Muckelroy. Ami, 39 years of age and a resident of Natchitoches, passed away on Monday August 8th in Natchitoches. She was born on January 2, 1983 to Sandra Kay Bobbitt Knotts and Myron Carson Knotts in Natchitoches, LA. She will always be remembered as a loving mother and daughter. She is survived by her mother, Sandra Kay Knotts; the man she called daddy, Thomas Lawrence “T.L.” Miller, II; and her son, Brett Carson Sparks; aunts and uncles, Terri Kolodgie, Kevin Kolodgie, Rand Knotts, Gail Humphrey, and Doug Humphrey; and cousins, Justin Gilcrease, Heith Gilcrease, Kaylee Gilcrease, Seth Gilcrease, Cade Gilcrease, Jordan Gilcrease, Donna Ferrier, Tanya Humphrey, and Trent Humphrey.
