Danny Wayne Craig

A service to honor the life of Mr. Danny Wayne Craig will be at 2 pm Sunday, April 8, 2018, in the chapel of Blanchard-St. Denis Funeral Home.  The family will receive friends from 1 pm until service time on Sunday the 8th at Blanchard-St. Denis Funeral Home. Danny, 66 years of age and a resident of Natchitoches, passed away Thursday, April 5, 2018 in Alexandria, LA.  He was born on June 29, 1951, to Fred and Ruth (Leone) Craig near Zwolle, LA.  He was predeceased by his parents and 3 brothers.  Danny proudly served in the United States Marine Corp and was a Tool Pusher for the off shore oil and gas industry for many years.  He will be dearly missed but always remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and brother. He is survived by his wife Charlotte LaRue Craig; his daughters, Michelle DuBois, Charie Flack, Janelle Craig and Danette Craig; his brothers, Jacky Craig, Michael Craig, and Donald Henderson.  He was blessed with 8 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren (expecting a 6th shortly); as well as his closest companion, “Remi”, a Yorkshire terrier that was always by his side.
