Dean Andrew Roge' passed away on August 14, 202, in Melrose, Louisiana, at the age of 54. Born on August 21, 1969, in Shreveport, Louisiana,
Dean's personality captured the essence of a man who relished life's simple pleasures. His enthusiasm for hunting alligators and fishing reflected his adventurous spirit, while swimming at Kisatchie was among his cherished joys. Dean also had a knack for cooking, often preparing delicious meals for his family and friends, creating memorable gatherings filled with laughter and warmth. For many years, Dean worked as a truck driver, dedicating his life to the open road and the freedom it brought him. His professional journey was as steadfast as his love for his family. He was especially fond of building models of 18-wheel trucks, an interest that showcased his appreciation for detail and craftsmanship.
He is survived by his wife, Linda Thornhill Roge'; his father, Felix Roge', Sr.; his mother, Delores Goss; his son, Dylan Scott Roge'; his siblings: Carla Henderson, Michael Raines, Felix Roge', Jr., Tracy Allen Roge', and Warren Bradley Woods, and his step-children who he loved like his own, Matthew Sullivan, Tiffany Sullivan, and Jennifer Sullivan. Dean was also a proud grandfather and had many loving nieces and nephews.
Following cremation, a private family graveside service will take place at Cloutierville Baptist Church Cemetery.
