Debbie Stalsby Charrier

Funeral service for Mrs. Deborah Stalsby Charrier will be at 10 am on Thursday, March 22, 2018, at Bay Springs Baptist Church in Chopin, LA with Bro. Brandon Calhoun officiating.  Burial will follow at Bay Springs Cemetery under the direction of Blanchard-St. Denis Funeral Home of Natchitoches.  The family will receive friends after 5 pm on Wednesday, March 21stth at Bay Springs Baptist Church located at 140 Hwy 490, Chopin, LA 71447. Deborah, 64 years of age and a resident of Cloutierville, passed away on Sunday, March 18, 2018, in Alexandria surrounded by her family.  She was born on Thursday, November 12, 1953, to Ray and Flonnie Spurgeon Stalsby.  Deborah held the most important job in the world; she was a homemaker to her husband, children, and grandchildren.  Their well-being was her top priority and she was the happiest when everyone could be together as a family.  She will be dearly missed but we take comfort in knowing she is reunited with Pat in heaven. She was predeceased by her husband, Pat Charrier; parents, Ray and Flonnie Stalsby; and a sister, Diane Gorum. She is survived by her daughters, Delicia Barnhart of Cloutierville and Christy Charrier of Campti;  brothers, Wayne Stalsby of Gardner and Ricky Stalsby of Gardner; grandchildren, Brittany Jefferson and husband Jordie III, Breanna Barnhart and Damien; MaKayla Metoyer, Braden Smith, Braleigh Smith, and Madison Metoyer; and great-grandchildren, Jordie Jefferson IV, Kailyn Jefferson, Keiana Jefferson and Kwenton Jefferson.
