Donna Mae Knutson

A service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Donna Mae Knutson will be held at 2 pm on Saturday, July 14th,  at First Baptist Church of Robeline.  The family will receive friends an hour prior to service at First Baptist Church of Robeline. Donna, age 62, passed away Monday, July 9, 2018, in Natchitoches.  She was born on October 20, 1955 to Henry and Anna (Klingelhoets) Diesterhaft in Barron County, Wisconsin.   She was part of a big family that included siblings, Paul Diesterhaft, Robert Diesterhaft,  Maritn Diesterhaft, Janet Nyhus, Carol Bartels, Evelyn Miller, Barbara Smead , and Bonnie Diesterhaft. Donna was a loving wife, mother and grandmother, who cared deeply for her family.  We take comfort in knowing she recently dedicated her life to Jesus Christ and one day we will be re-united with her in heaven. She is survived by her children, Stephonie French and Bruce W. Knutson, Jr.  She was blessed with two grandchildren, Tyler and Jacob French.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Bruce W. Knutson, Sr. In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made in Donna’s name to the Missons fund of First Baptist Church of Robeline, PO Box 207, Robeline, LA 71469.
