Dorothy Mae Mitcham Dillard

A service to honor the life of Mrs. Dorothy Mae Mitcham Dillard will be at 2 pm on Friday, April 26, 2019, at Calvary Baptist Church in Natchitoches, LA with Bro. T.J. Boyd and Bro. Ralph Johnson officiating.  Burial will follow at Calvary Baptist Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 6 pm until 10 pm on Thursday, April 25, 2019, at Blanchard-St. Denis Funeral Home and again on the 26th at the church from 12 pm until service time. Those honored to serve as pallbearers include Taylor Norris, Donald Hayward, Coy Thomas, Malcolm Durr, Timothy Williams, and Michael Graham. Dorothy Mae Mitcham Dillard, 87 years of age and a resident of Natchitoches, passed away Wednesday, April 24, 2019, at her residence with her family by her side.  She was born in Cloutierville, LA to Noah Mitcham and Rosa Vercher Mitcham on March 1, 1932.  She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Cullen Graham; daughters, Anita Rigsby and Chrystal Jamieson; sisters, Verla Clark and Elizabeth Mitcham; and a brother Herbert Mitcham.  She was a long-time member of Calvary Baptist Church and will be dearly missed by family and friends. She is survived by her daughter, Brenda Thomas and Edward of Coushatta; sons, Cullen “Buddy” Graham and Pamela of Natchitoches and Bryan Graham and Carol Hicks of Natchitoches; and a sister, Beatrice Lawrence.  She was blessed with 10 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren. The family would like to extend their deepest appreciation to Heart of Hospice for the care given during such a difficult time.
