Frank William Snodgrass, Jr.

A service to honor the life of Frank William Snodgrass, Jr. will be held at 2 pm on Tuesday, September 14, 2021 at Blanchard-St. Denis Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Weaver Cemetery in Flora, LA. The family will receive friends from 5 pm until 9 pm on Monday, September 13th at Blanchard-St. Denis Funeral Home. Frank was known by many as Junior. He was born on September 22, 1965 to Frank Snodgrass, Sr. and Carolyn Spencer in Prosperity, SC. He passed away on Wednesday, September 8, 2021 in Lafayette, LA. He was preceded in death by his father, Frank Snodgrass, Sr. and his stepmother Patsy Snodgrass. He is survived by his children, Jeremy Northcutt of Corpus Christi, TX, Darwin Northcutt of Zwolle, LA, David Snodgrass of Shreveport, LA, Frank Quinten Snodgrass of Shreveport, LA, Terri Northcutt of Many, LA, Merranda Northcutt of DeRidder, LA, Amber Snodgrass of Traskwood, AR, and Stacie McCullough of Natchitoches, LA; his mother, Carolyn Spencer of Schertz, TX; sisters, Tammy Thompson and husband Mitch of Provencal, LA and Alice Ryan and husband Mike of Marksville, LA; brothers, Jimmy Snodgrass and wife Sue of Elmer, LA and Johnny Snodgrass and wife Stacey of Schertz, TX. He was blessed with 30 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Frank was a veteran of the United States Air Force and was very proud of his patriotic duty. He truly loved the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing with family and friends. He will be dearly missed by all that knew and loved him. Those honored to serve as pallbearers include David Snodgrass, Frank Q Snodgrass, Jeremy Northcutt, Peyton Dew, Jimmy Snodgrass, and Johnny Snodgrass. Honorary pallbearers will be Darwin Northcutt and Mitch Thompson.
