Lillie Mae (Walker) Durr

Lillie Mae (Walker) Durr, born on February 20, 1926 in Pleasant Hill, LA passed away peacefully, at her home, on October 13, 2022 at the age of 96. She was preceded in death by her husband of 70 years, Thurman Coolidge Durr; one son, Dennis C. Durr of Clifton, AZ; and one granddaughter, Lori Durr of Prescott, AZ. Lillie Mae is survived by one son, Randall A. Durr of Robeline, LA; two daughters, Flo Hays (David) of Maricopa, AZ and Renay Kerr (Scott) of Mesa, AZ; seven grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren. Lillie Mae was born to Henry Walker and Mae (King) Walker. She had three brothers, Clarence “Buster”, G.B. and Fred; as well as one sister, Grace Hilliard. A wake will be held on Friday, October 21st from 5 pm until 8 pm at Blanchard-St. Denis Funeral Home in Natchitoches, LA with services following on Saturday, October 22nd at 10 am. Burial will follow at Beulah Methodist Cemetery in Marthaville, LA
