Funeral service for Lollie Yvonne Hicks will be Monday, December 4, 2023 with visitation at Blanchard-St. Denis Funeral Home in Natchitoches from 11:30am—1:00pm. Graveside memorial service will follow at 2:00pm in Marthaville Cemetery officiated by Rev Richard Kaufman.

Yvonne was a retired teacher from the Caddo Parish School system, having earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Northwestern State University and Master’s in Education from Louisiana State University

She was preceded in death by her husband William (Bill) Hicks and her parents Boyd and Mary Eason Rains.
