Nathan was well known for his craftsmanship in sheet metal and copper design. Nathan enjoyed duck and squirrel hunting and white perch fishing on Toledo Bend. Nathan had an infectious laugh. He had the ability to add a “southern drawl” to any word. He dearly loved his family. Although he lived a simple life, he made a great impact on everyone he knew. It can be said that Nathan had two speeds, full throttle and asleep. He will be dearly missed. A service to honor his life will be held at 12 noon on Saturday, October 27, 2018, at Bethel Congregational Methodist Church in Pleasant Hill with Bro. Brian Jennings officiating. Burial will follow at Bethany Cemetery in Marthaville under the direction of Blanchard-St. Denis Funeral Home of Natchitoches.
