Patricia Sue New

A graveside service for Patricia Flack New, age 76, will be held at 10:00 am, Friday, July 9th at Shady Gove Cemetery, in Bellwood, LA The family will receive friends on Thursday, July 8th from 5:00 – 8:00 at Blanchard-St Denis Funeral Home, in Natchitoches, LA Patricia was born July 5, 1944 in Ripley, TN to John Nelson Flack and Zimphthey Lovelace, and passed away July 3, 2021 in Shreveport, LA. She loved to piddle in her yard and had a passion for quilting. Most importantly she loved her kids and grandkids and also enjoyed listening when all of her brothers got together to play music. Patricia New is survived by her four children James Middleton and wife Deborah of Loganville, GA, Sarah Steadman of Many, Connie Hayes of Provencal, and Patrick New and wife Jill of Stonewall; eight grandchildren Amanda Steadman, Christopher Hayes, Kari Jordan, James Daniel Middleton, Keifer Crawford, Emma New, Caden New, and Parker New; five great grandchildren; and five brothers, Ronnie and Paulette Flack, Jerry and Becky Flack, Johnny and Carolyn Flack, Marshall Flack, and Tommy Flack. Patricia New is preceded in death by her parents John and Zimphthey Flack, her brother Corky Flack, and her son Howard New. Those honored to serve as pallbearers will be Christopher Hayes, Keifer Crawford, Caden New, James Middleton, Patrick New, Chris Parker. Honorary pallbearer James Daniel Middleton.
