Quincy Allen Neal, Jr.

Quincy Allen Neal, Jr. passed away on October 21, 2024 at his home in Natchitoches, surrounded by his family. He was born on October 30, 1942 in Pine Bluff, AR to Quincy Allen Neal, Sr., and Lillian Garlington Neal. 

Allen is survived by his wife of 52 years, Judy Guillory Neal; his sons, Len Neal and his wife Amie, and Cory Neal and his wife, Kate; his daughter, Pam Klumb and her husband John; 10 grandchildren, Ashley Neal, Raven Neal Youngman and her husband David, Ceira Neal, Sidney Klumb, Tyler Klumb, Ilaina Neal, Christian Melvin, Melanie Neal, Wesley Neal, and Alice Neal; and 1 great-granddaughter, Juniper Youngman; as well as his nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, and his sister, Ramona Peacock.

He was a graduate of Louisiana Tech in 1964 with a degree in Civil Engineering. Allen had a varied career designing subdivisions, managing multiple chemical plants, and even ran a gold mine. He dearly loved his family, especially his grandchildren. He will be greatly missed.
