Funeral services for Robert L. Jones will be held on Wednesday, April 16, 2025 at 10:00 AM at Robeline Cemetery in Robeline, LA.

Robert was born on October 27, 1935 to Benjamin and Alice Robbins Jones in Robeline, LA and passed away on April 13, 2025 in Natchitoches, LA. Many folks would call Robert “preacher” because he loved to spread Gods word.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ben and Alice Jones, as well as his brother, Willie T. Jones. Those left to cherish his memory are his sister, Dorothy McCain; his niece, Debbie Smith; his nephew, Kevin McCain; and great-nieces and great-nephews, Miranda Gilcrease, Bruce Gilcrease, Daniel Lonadier, Taylor McCain, Landon McCain, and Matt McCain.
