Deborah Lynn Achord Morgan

Deborah Lynn Achord Morgan, (Debbie), won the war and went to be with her Heavenly Father on June 3, 2019.  Services for Debbie will be held at 3:30 p.m. on Friday, June 7, 2019, at Blanchard-St. Denis Funeral Home, with visitation on Thursday, June 6, 2019, from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. at Blanchard-St. Denis Funeral Home.  Burial will follow at Memory Lawn Cemetery. Debbie loved the Lord and she gave Him all the glory to be able to use her gift of giving and He provided the way for it to be possible.  Her gifts at the Cancer Center and her Bingo’s at Courtyard were to His glory. She is preceded in death by her daddy, R. L. Achord, mother, Marcelle Achord, and sister, Marlene Lindsey. She leaves behind her family, which, outside of her salvation, were her greatest blessings and were her support system – husband, Robert R. Morgan, daughters, Christi Longlois-Marney (Neva), Abby LaCour (Billy), sons, Joseph Longlois, Dennis Morgan (Ashley), brother, Rodney Achord (Monica) and mother-in-law, Dell Morgan; Grandchildren – Gentry Longlois, Bryant LaCour, Dennison Morgan, Colton LaCour, Addy Longlois-Marney, Josie Longlois-Marney, Sawyer Morgan, and Josilyn LaCour. Pallbearers will be Randy Achord, Luke Spears, Eric Breedlove, Joe Pikes, Brent Edwards, Brandon Ezernack, Johnny Grambling, and Rick Thomas.  Honorary pallbearers are Gentry Longlois, Bryant LaCour, Dennison Morgan, Colton LaCour, and Sawyer Morgan. Donations may be made to The Lydia Project or your favorite charity. Debbie and her family want to thank Dr. Knecht, Dr. Dhawan and his staff, and her favorite chemo nurses, Sheryl and Kayla, and Hospice of Natchitoches.
